Our mission
The first pickleball club in Olomouc
We are a group of friends brought together by pickleball – we have different sporting experiences, but we have one thing in common: this sport has captured our hearts and we enjoy sharing it with others.
We believe that pickleball is the best way to exercise, improve your health, meet new people, communicate, spend time in society - in short, enjoy life to the fullest.
Pickleball is for everyone – children, adults and seniors. Thanks to the accessible format of the court and the easy entry into the game, anyone can enjoy it, regardless of age or experience.
Our goal is to show this great sport to as many people as possible and make Olomouc the center of pickleball in the entire country!

2022 - 2023
How it started
The first net was purchased and 4 friends started playing regularly in various parks and gyms around Olomouc.
It wasn't easy - it was hard to find courts and other players.
We gradually showed pickleball to friends and family. At the same time, the Czech pickleball association was founded in Ostrava.
2024
Let's continue!
As more people started playing, the community naturally started to grow.
The first tournament of the Joola Tour series arrived in Olomouc thanks to the Czech Association.
At the Akademik Sport Center, we opened the first course for beginners, which attracted new people interested in this sport.
2025
We're fulfilling a dream...
We officially founded the Pickleball Olomouc club
and joined the global DUPR rating system.
In May, we organized the first Pickleball Olomouc Cup.
Regular courses have started at the Akademik Sport Center, competitive games in the hall with registration in the DUPR system, and also the first school demonstration of pickleball at the Hejčín Gymnasium.
