Summer season with Pickleball Olomouc

Unlike badminton, pickleball is great for outdoor play – in fact, the biggest tournaments in the USA are held on open-air courts. That’s why we’re always looking for new places to play – whether it’s an unused parking lot, an old concrete tennis court, or a quiet park corner.

One of our favorite locations – and what we proudly call the birthplace of Pickleball Olomouc – is the concrete area in Smetanovy Sady park.It’s large enough for pickleball, rollerblading, street biking, or even summer floorball training. A true multi-sport spot filled with energy and community vibes.

Best of all – it’s a public space, so we’ve been able to play casual games here for free for years. And every summer, we’re happy to share the area with the neighboring Luna Park, which brings even more life to the space.
